25' Yacht for Sale in ARCADIA VALE, New South Wales for sale

This very solid and beamy 25' fibreglass yacht has given me countless hours of hassle free sailing pleasure for the last 7 years but i'm looking to upgrade and am open to offers ! It comes with an extremely reliable 1999 6hp mercury outboard that i've had serviced yearly and all the necessary accesaries to make stays out on the water enjoyable and comfortable !
It comes with roller furling headsail, main and 3 spare headsails, 2 burner metho stove, sink, pumpout toilet and wash basin, 27meg radio, am/fm radio.cd,mp3 player, 4 berths, and much more [ call me for more details ].
It is easily sailed single handed from the cockpit and has a good turn of speed.
The keel is fixed and cast iron giving the yacht good upwind capability.
The beam is 8' providing a very roomy cabin with 5' 5" headroom [ and more when the hatch is slid right back !]
The yacht has been antifouled regularly [last slipped in sept 2013] and is ready to sail away for a holiday today !
